This dressing is soooo good!! It is on the “spicier” side. I made it with 4 anchovies and it was less spicy but I prefer the 5 anchovies (original recipe)

My go to recipe! But what happened to the notes for the homemade croutons using the anchovy oil? They are absolutely delicious and now I don’t see how to make them on the recipe anymore. 😢 please add it back in!

Blue or gorgonzola is not part of true caesar…you would be making a modified blue cheese dressing. Might be good with Buffalo wings though.
