Ugh, this tip about letting the pasta cook past al dente is genius! I cook pasta al dente and it never turns out like I hope for in pasta salad. I’m loving these simple recipes with common sense tips. Emma, I remember hearing you say on a pod episode that you wanted to do kitchen basics but talked yourself out of it in the earlier days of the blog. I’m learning things I missed the first go around.
