I reviewed this post yesterday and your recipes looked delicious. So I decided to make the Yum Sauce this evening. The sauce was awesome, delicious, scrumptious and mouthwatering. My wife could enjoyed the sauce immensely and I have to make another batch on Saturday. Two thumbs up 👍👍.

Thank you for sharing this! I made the spicy peanut sauce to go with Royal Asia brand Spring Rolls. Usually I find these rolls to not be very filling and to be more of a snack food at best. But the sauce complemented the rolls so well I served them as light meal with a salad. Also I appreciate that the recipe for the peanut sauce was simple and I was able to make it with ingredients I had on hand. Thanks again!

My family loves things to be salty and the yum sauce was too salty. I added more mayo ketchup and the spices to calm down the excess salt.

Made all three sauces to go with some fresh summer rolls for a dinner party – they were all delicious! I didn’t put the full 2 tablespoons of curry paste in my spicy peanut sauce, so it turned out pretty mild. Afterwards I combined the spicy peanut sauce with some sweet and spicy sauce to use on basic ramen noodles, also great. For sure saving these recipes to use again.
