I make this recipe every holiday. It’s more work than opening a can of store bought cinnamon rolls, but less than a traditional recipe – which is to say, it’s the perfect amount of effort for when I want a special breakfast.

These were delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, but I did check the temperature of the milk/butter before adding the yeast, just to make sure it wasn’t too hot for the yeast.

I made these twice and both turned out not good. They look nothing like the photo from above, and the end roll is really dense. First time I thought it was my error but again, they turned out bad,
